Other technological advances made during the Paleolithic era were clothing and shelter; the adoption of both technologies cannot be dated exactly, but they were a key to humanity's progress. As the Paleolithic era progressed, dwellings became more sophisticated and more elaborate; as early as 380 ka, humans were constructing temporary wood huts. Technology management is a potential MBA specialization often offered within some MBA and Executive MBA programs. In many cases, those enrolled in an Executive MBA in Technology Management program are likely working professionals who've been in their field for ten or more years. Many of these high-level programs may be completed in only 18 months, often through distance learning. These programs are focused on developing leaders in the business world who not only are adept at managing current technology but also understand how to adapt to its rapid changes within the workplace. Most programs in this field aim to teach students how to advance their knowledge across multiple technologies and focus on innovation as a means of leadership.
